Cancellation Policy
We at PRIMA understands that plans change, and you might need to cancel your booking. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling the booking and the applicable charges.
Cancellation Window - Cab Bookings:
48 hours before the Scheduled pickup time: You can cancel the Cab booking free of charge.
24 to 48 hours before the Scheduled pickup time: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total fare applicable or the "Token Amount" paid for booking will be non-refundable.
Within 12 to 24 hours or Last moment Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare will be applicable or the "Token Amount" paid for booking will be non-refundable.
No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your booked cab and do not inform us beforehand, a no-show fee of 100 % of the total fare will be applicable.
Exceptions for cab booking : There may be exceptions to this cancellation policy in certain circumstances, such as:
Flight cancellations or delays: If your flight is cancelled or delayed, and you can provide documentation to support this, we may waive the cancellation fee, other wise no waiver provided.
Medical emergencies: If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from traveling, and you can provide a doctor's note, prescription, we may waive the cancellation fee.
Cancellation - Hotel Booking:
Hotel booking are Non-refundable & may carry 100% retention charges or the paid reservation amount.
Early Check-out: No refunds are applicable for unused nights in case of early check-out or cancellation.
Cancellation - Flight Booking:
Airline Rules & Policies Applied: All flight cancellations, rescheduling, or changes are strictly subject to the airline's terms and conditions. Each airline has its own cancellation fee structure and change policies, which will apply in full with no exceptions.
Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Tickets:
Refundable tickets: May be canceled for a fee as per airline policy.
Non-refundable tickets: Fare components and paid amount are not refunded.
Airlines may charge a cancellation fee based on fare type, route, and timing of cancellation.

Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund as per the cancellation policy, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
