Booking Modification Policy
We at PRIMA understands that plans change, and you might need to modify your bookings. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for modifying the booking and the applicable charges.
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings (Cab, Hotel or Flight) are confirmed only upon full payment or as per the payment schedule discussed.
Customers will receive a booking confirmation email/WhatsApp with complete details.
In case of custom itineraries, a separate confirmation timeline will be shared.
Cab Booking Policy:
Inclusions: Fuel, driver charges, mentioned Mileage are usually included unless otherwise stated.
Exclusions: Toll, State entry tax, parking, sightseeing entry fees, permissions, guide charges, or extra km/hour charges (if applicable).
Night charges may apply for usage beyond 10:00 PM and is based on vehicle category.
Cab Type Confirmation: We ensure the booked cab type (Sedan/SUV/Tempo Traveler) or an equivalent category is provided.
Cab Change: In rare circumstances, vehicle type may be adjusted due to operational reasons — we inform customers in advance.
Modifications, Rescheduling & Extension:
All requests for changes in trip dates, route, drop time & locations, tour extensions or passenger details must be made at least 48–72 hours in advance.
Any modifications are subject to vehicle and driver availability and may incur additional charges.
No modifications, route changes, or last-minute extensions are permitted on the last day of the tour, as it affects the next day’s schedule and impacts service for other customers.
We recommend discussing all potential changes well in advance to ensure smooth coordination and availability.
Hotel Booking Policy:
Check-in/Check-out Time: As per hotel policy (usually 1:00 PM / 11:00 AM).
Early check-in / Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Hotel category (Budget / Standard / Deluxe / Premium) is chosen based on your package.
Hotel Vouchers or confirmation receipts are shared prior to travel.
Modifications & Rescheduling:
All changes to booking dates, destinations, or guest names must be requested at least 48-72 hours in advance.
Any modifications and Extensions requested for the booking are subject to availability and may incur Addition fee.Cancellation of Hotel Booking:
Hotel booking are Non-refundable & may carry 100% retention charges or the paid reservation amount.Early Check-out: No refunds are applicable for unused nights in case of early check-out or cancellation.
Flight Booking Policy:
Airline Rules & Policies Applied: All flight cancellations, rescheduling, or changes are strictly subject to the airline's terms and conditions. Each airline has its own cancellation fee structure and change policies, which will apply in full with no exceptions.
Flight Bookings are Non-refundable & may carry 100% retention charges or addition fee if applicable.

We act as a booking intermediary and are not liable for service failures caused by third-party hotels or transport providers.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (weather, strikes, road closures), itinerary changes will be communicated promptly.

Cancellation and Refunds:
If you are eligible for refund based on the “Cancellation Policy”, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 15 working days.
